Spent the afternoon at my great aunts place learning old family recipes. Today we did túrós tészta, the most simple pasta dish you could imagine. My family make it different to the more common one you see out there, replacing bacon fat with browned butter. So it’s vegetarian for those who do that.

You’re running WP, use Woocommerce to extend functionality to ecommerce. It’ll allow you to have products/services that people can add to their cart, select ‘direct deposit’ as their payment method, and after checkout the system sends the payment details to them.

Not something I'd be putting online, that's for sure. When I get payment from customers, they get an invoice and on the invoice are all my details including the invoice number, payment details (both a bank account and cc gateway), and it's all straight forward.

So many of my customers think that they need to go to the heavier gauges for that classic old school baritone/tictac tone, but the lighter gauge sets have less low fundamentals to give that ‘snap’ that works so well. Hardest part is finding flatwound sets.
