POV: late ADHD diagnosis. And suddenly you're looking at yourself from the outside in. Inside - thoughts scattered, brain jumping, barely paying attention sometimes. Outside — nodding, smiling, "that's great, that's awesome." Two completely different experience. Your whole life. That gap has a name

Ever been told you're "too much"? Too intense, too sensitive, too questioning, too everything? I grew up hearing this constantly. As a Chinese girl who grew up in Shanghai, I was supposed to be quiet and compliant. Instead, I asked endless questions, had intense emotions, and had vivid imagination.

Your routine fell apart again. Travel, sickness, late night, busy week - and now you feel like a failure. Here’s the truth: ADHD routines WILL break. That’s not the problem. The problem? You don’t have a reentry plan. Instead of asking “How do I never break my routine?” ask “How do I get back to a

It’s 3pm. You’re starving. But deciding what to eat feels impossible. This is ADHD executive dysfunction around food - and it’s why I created a 3-tier energy system for feeding myself aka ADHD food system: Low energy: grab and eat (granola bars, yogurt, hummus) Medium energy: heat + fresh (frozen

If you've ever felt broken for having energy peaks and valleys, this one's for you. Your brain isn't malfunctioning - you're just wired differently than the "show up the same way every day" world expects. As a late-diagnosed ADHD adult myself, I know the struggle of unlearning cultural programming

Some days brushing your teeth feels impossible. And you still have to show up as an adult somehow 🪫 Here’s what I learned: ADHD brains have natural energy peaks and valleys. The solution isn’t pushing through—it’s designing completely different routines for your 10% battery days. Food. Movement.
