Enjoyable #FPL season. I’m still not totally sold on defcons as a concept however they are bearable. I finished at 76k. Things didn’t look too clever when I was ranked 764k after GW27. Chip season and some savvy transfers and captaincy calls propelled me up the table. See you in August.

I had a go at this before the start of the season too. Fiendishly difficult. Sunderland totally blinded sided me. Also mistakenly believed Spurs would be much better (hah!) and that Brentford and Bournemouth would suffer from losing so many key players. Some hits like Brighton, Everton.

Porto is my favourite of the cities we’ve visited on this #nffc European tour. Friendly and knowledgeable locals who want to have a chat about the game, very welcoming. Plus sunshine, seafood rice, pastel de nata, port, vinho verde… Fingers crossed we get to see what Birmingham has to offer.
