When your mom comes down with shingles you get her meds and a care package for Mother's Day instead of going out.

I finished Lo Fi by Liz Riggs yesterday. This book is as much as love letter to music as it is a slice of Nashville life. The characters are well developed, the storyline is a slow burn, and the ending is definitely satisfactory. A great read and 4/5 on my chart! 📚💙 #booksky

I do prefer them as well. I went to see the Long Room at Trinity College in Dublin a few years ago and was positively giddy about it. And the smell was practically intoxicating.

Today I wanted to share one of the pictures I took when I went to visit my sister in Scotland. We did a tour of the highlands and I have to say the Isle of Skye and northern Scotland have some of the most breathtaking views and scenery I've ever seen. Kilt Rock, Staffin, Skye. #scotland
