What’s disappointed me the most about today’s performance is I haven’t enjoyed watching LFC play since early 2025. 18 months. It’s been too long since we have seen good football constantly at LFC. I do have faith Iraola can change that, but only if he is backed. #LFC

That was a masterclass from Arsenal in the first half. They are the best team in the world out of possession. Compact, disciplined and they just want it more. Luis Enrique needs a different plan in the 2nd half or this would be an easy win for the Arsenal.

Arne Slot's #LFC lost 3-0 at home to Forest and 4-1 to PSV in the same week and kept his job. Failed to beat any of the promoted sides at home and kept his job. Spending almost £500m in the summer and not getting UCL seems to be a financially sound plan by those at the top. Fun times.
