“Down-Tilted” (Small excerpt in alt text) #art #TheDichromaticPages #traditionalart

(Simisola)
“Oh I got this shirt at a thrift store years ago. I use to watch this show a lot with my father when I was much younger, even though I don’t care much for video games…

I didn’t really think the show was funny or anything, it was just a show about these college kids trying to make it big playing video games.

Not too long ago I got a call that my father was in the hospital, and without a second thought I rushed out the house… still wearing this shirt.

It was the last thing he ever saw me wear, and the last time he ever saw me. He looked at me with a smile but I don’t necessarily know what it meant. Maybe he was just happy to see me one last time.
…. I don’t really know if I like the show anymore or less.”

“Kitchen Drawer” #art #TheDichromaticPages #traditionalart

An ink and ballpoint pen drawing of Keisha. She is looking back with her arm and shoulder slightly raised. With a checkerboard staircase background.

On one of the cubes is a piece of her necklace, the eye part, it’s looking back as well.

I never really explained what #TheDichromaticPages is, if I’m being honest. Simply put, it’s just a bunch of story and comic strip ideas I wrote involving these characters. Some long, some short. A lot of it however, I’m just adapting into artwork now.

Keenan, a dog like kid, is holding a cutting board while swinging it like a sword. While he’s thinking about it as the Buster Sword from Final Fantasy 7.

In the second drawing he’s slouching while pointing to his skull saying
“Can I have my skin back?” While there’s a scythe who’s holding is not visible of the paper.

A bust pen drawing of Keisha, a Komondor.
She is wearing a necklace with an eye on it. A drawing a checkerboard shirt. Her hair is in an odd ponytail, with the hair tie holding a glass eye lens. She’s slightly smiling.

“Glass Eye” #art #TheDichromaticPages #traditionalart

Various drawings of Keisha Komondor on a single yellow paper.

One is her standing, while leaning on the side with her checkerboard outfit.

One is in the middle with her holding her glass eye.

Then further, her with her glass eye on. While wearing a bra, whose pattern extends out the paper.

And a drawing on the top to the right with her looking back

Miltank #traditionalart #art

A ballpoint pen drawing of a Miltank, she is holding the ball on her tail and smiling.
While the drawing behind her has a slightly mad expression. And is bending over.

This is supposed to be pink but it looks red. Cool!

His name‘s Absorb #art #traditionalart (Lil context in the alt text)

A desert turtle walking towards the camera in a desert, with an orange sky. Drawn in one and marker.

Basically, this is gonna be a little story thing or whatever about Dist and Absorb walking in a desert.
Hopefully to find a new oasis, one better than the one Dist resides in.
