I’m really enjoying Adventures of Elliot. I love how wacky you can get strategically. Fire detonates bombs, and perfect guard negates explosions. So if you load bombs out with Brimstone magicite, any flame carpets laid by the spear special or your bomb’s own lava lets you chain detonations. 😂

I finished Mixtape. I thought it was great and the discourse surrounding it is idiotic. Yes, it’s not much of a “game” in the traditional sense, but it fits into “interactive media”category fine and it’s not even the first of its kind. People remain joyless and weird online.

Today we lost our perfect boy, Fiyero. I’m devastated, frankly, and I’m barely holding it together. Fiyero spent most days being loving and present, opting to stay nearby during even the busiest of days. He was my shadow, truly, and I don’t know if I’ll ever feel whole again without him.

While the SAVE Act focuses almost exclusively on requiring voters to produce documentary proof of citizenship when registering, the MEGA Act is far more sweeping. It would:
• Impose a strict photo ID requirement to vote,
• create a centralized voter surveillance system in every state,
• mandate constant voter roll purges, gutting the "Motor Voter" law that expanded access to voter registration
• bar states from counting ballots that arrive after Election Day,
• ban universal mail voting, in which states mail a ballot to all registered voters
• bar the federal funding for voter registration by outside groups,
• and unleash lawsuits against election officials - all at once.

This cut was a REAL challenge! For Nocturne Episode 3, we wanted Edouard to have a brilliant felt coat with a pattern, but drawing that would be very complex. In his big turnaround shot, I put in a lot of care to make the pattern have shape and dimension. Lotsa steps went into that. Take a look!
