As a Christian, I disagree. People aren't neatly divided into Christian and non-Christian. Across all populations, some are moving toward Christ without realizing it, while others identify as Christian despite being nothing of the sort. Likely very few are, "going to hell".

I GENUINELY don't understand the obsession w/Starbucks products. It's rubbish. The coffee is too acidic and over roasted. You can barely discern any flavor. The consumables are barely food. Everything is overpriced. Why stay loyal to low quality product? Shop small businesses ☕️

Gasoline lawn mowers were never all that difficult to turn on in the first place. Regardless, we'd all be doing the world a favor if we abandoned the idea of a manicured monoculture lawn and opted for more native plants and xeriscaping. I live in a swamp, so it's irrelevant here. We have no lawns.

I'm proud to report that I've successfully indoctrinated my children to enjoy only real cheese in grilled cheese sandwiches. One of them ordered a grilled cheese at a restaurant a couple of weeks ago, and then refused to eat it because it was made with processed 'cheese food'.

I kind of wonder how these governments get around the problem of the fourth amendment protection from unreasonable search. I could see building a database of someone's movements if you had a warrant, or probable cause, but to simply put me in a database that tracks my whereabouts with no cause...

If you're going to post your ballot as a resource, it would be best to post it blank. Posting a filled in ballot sets a precedent for other people to do it, and who we vote for should be kept secret as a matter of principle, to protect voters from manipulation/coercion/threat.

Clearly a gross misunderstanding of the word, "Christian". Besides, Christians don't all automatically abide by instructions in the Old Testament. Luke 22:20 is relevant. Same reason Christians eat shellfish and pork though the Old Testament advises not to.

Does the job allow drinks in the workplace? If so, then it should be irrelevant. Even still, focusing on actions that can be addressed via policy or supervision over qualifications which cannot is both shallow and self-defeating on the part of a hiring manager. I'd fire the hiring manager for it.

Doubtful. Our local economy is extremely insulated against external forces already, and most families subsist on up to 75% locally procured food. A substantial portion of the local population(>50%) is also essentially heir to oil fortunes. I see no direct local influence from Trump's shit policy.

It's probably close to 40% or so, unfortunately(assuming about 30% probably didn't vote). I live in a fairly split state that usually ends up with a red tilt, and my immediate vicinity also leans conservative.
