I have a BA in sociology and an MS in Civil Engineering. That may seem odd but it's surprising how much those 2 disciplines interact with each other. After all, civil engineering is just the physical representation of our culture.

The first time I saw hacky sack was at a Telluride bluegrass festival in 1984. It was a rainy day and I thought they were kicking around a mud ball. I was hooked. It's great to see that it's crazy popular again! I still have my original hacky sack. Gotta be 40 years old now.
