You could literally just read the rest of the interview with Badenoch in the Times from 2024, where she makes it very clear it's not an impressive achievement because there was only one other entrant.

Reading were docked 18 points in total for 4 offences between 2021-24. At 4.5 points per offence, I make Man City in line for a 513 point deduction.

Governments shouldn't just criminalise things, they should actively work to prevent those crimes occurring. Which is in part why we have single sex spaces.

Because people with XY chromosomes are more likely to be the perpetrators of violent and sexual crimes, whether they are wearing a skirt or not. Safeguarding principles means we aim for harm reduction for the more vulnerable group by limiting areas of risk

It's about protecting single sex rights so we can provide safe spaces to tackle many of these issues. How much are you doing, or do you only think about it when there's a chance to pretend you care at all about women's rights?

Resi planning consents peaked in 2019 and then had a brief rebound in 2021. Highest number of up-to-date local plans was in 2019 at c.50% of LPAs, now fallen to less than 30%

They broadly did until 2019/20. Then lots of further attempts at reform gave LPAs a reason to stop progressing local plans, standard method for housing need stopped being so strongly based on market signals, no one got a grip on nutrient issues and consents have since dropped off a cliff

Any regulated tenure that will be owned/managed by a housing association or council. Could be social rent (c50% of market rent) affordable rent (up to 80%) or shared ownership. All of which will be sold by the developer to HAs at 40-80% of open market value.
