when getting off the phone he was obviously still rattled, kinda stumbled over his “is there anything else i can help with /thank you for calling” exit script. and i was left feeling just. so frustrated and also frustrated with my frustration. he solved my problem! but it was such a (6/8)

but then it happened again. and i asked him again not to say that. and he apologized but recovered more quickly. but then it happened AGAIN. and by that point i was very frustrated, mostly due to customer service reasons (again, it’s taken me 8 calls to fix literally ONE issue) (3/8)

i have been wishing i knew how to sew for a while now ! and i think last time i looked into it, it seemed like the beginner stuff was for kids only, so i got a lil discouraged. but there ARE adult classes and they aren’t exactly cheap but they’re affordable!
