Over 2 years on after loosing my younger sister, and the struggle still is real. It's not as acute, or as painful, as it once was, but... there's always that lingering feeling of things aren't quite right. And it's pervasive. Just my own personal observation on it. Friends help. Distractions. Etc.

Ooof. Building back up to my old FTP, which was probably early-mid 2022. @.@ I think I topped out at an all time high of 225-230. Managed to put out 185 after about 3-4 weeks back in the saddle. Luckily, regaining to where one was isn't too hard. It's progress after that that'll suck. 🤪
