For me this is every single newsletter ever. It should be illegal. Just interacting with a company gets me subscribed to a newsletter I 1. Never subscribed to in the first place and 2. Have unsubscribed from multiple times.

When you guys get a working DOJ or judiciary, maybe the legalised corruption you've allowed your politicians to legislate in between culture war bills, can be reversed and then you can prosecute it.
