alice @absolutelyarobot.bsky.social · 14/08/2026rick and morty season 9 was pretty good but i already have bad taste. my top 3 episodes from it were probably the death punch one, the finale, and the evolution one. there were like. no stinkers in this one, which is awesome. s8 was pretty good overall but it had a few bad episodes to drag it down. 010

alice @absolutelyarobot.bsky.social · 14/07/2026you should start doing voice acting stuff if youre interested in it :) i bet you'd be great! 110
alice @absolutelyarobot.bsky.social · 10/07/2026I’m gonna have to think on the narrative / thematic implications of this to give a final vibecheck to this theory. I think it has something there. 020
alice @absolutelyarobot.bsky.social · 10/07/2026I'm not going to theorize on what he could be too deeply, but I do think that Mike == Forgotten Man, and ERAM == The Owner of the Hunting Pack of Cats makes sense to me. ERAM is also some unknown darkner. Potentially Kris' horn headband, given the door frame to the fight. 120
alice @absolutelyarobot.bsky.social · 10/07/2026you responded to this comically fast but i am 99% sure i am onto something 010
alice @absolutelyarobot.bsky.social · 10/07/2026-- Know who Mike actually is, despite him ostensibly being a real person. This also implies that the Forgotten Man, like the Seven Flying Aces, is a Darkner of some variety. 110
alice @absolutelyarobot.bsky.social · 10/07/2026Deltarune CH5 Spoilers. I've been going insane here. I think the Forgotten Man is Mike, Mike is being hunted by the IMAGE/DEVICE_Friend Mafia, and Spamton/Tenna only vaguely remember Mike-- His name, and what he did for Tenna. This is why Tenna isn't confused by the Mike Bros and why they don't -- 130
alice @absolutelyarobot.bsky.social · 04/07/2026id imagine it as a sort of abandoning of the prophecy. maybe she could slot into the role of the girl but im not entiiirely sold on that. 010
alice @absolutelyarobot.bsky.social · 04/07/2026unfortunately you are correct. i hate it but youre right 010
alice @absolutelyarobot.bsky.social · 03/07/2026not a huge tadc fan myself but i have seen the entire show and i do feel this holds a little bit of merit since you can see the shift from a more ensemble focus to more focused on jax. i dont think the change itself is necessarily bad but i can see how people would want more from the others in this 010
alice @absolutelyarobot.bsky.social · 03/07/2026ellison himself would be very upset about how mundane and boring this hatred was. have you seen how comically angry the man could get. he's one of my favorite people to watch interviews from 010

I don't like that the way I have written SCPs since I joined the site, because I like it and am good at it, is now a thing called "shortform". And I don't like that "shortform" is considered trendy. And I don't like that people are evaluating audience appetite for "shortform". 282
alice @absolutelyarobot.bsky.social · 22/04/2026i don't really like people evaluating optics for articles, really. people should write what they want to, unaffected by the wider site's "appetite" for stuff. it annoys me. 010
