Satanic Hispanics was even better the second time. This is one horror anthology I can’t recommend enough. If it’s playing near you go see it!

If your mailer doesn’t include an extremely veiny dick straw, what’s even the point? Gonna make the provided cocktail next week to honor the release of SATANIC HISPANICS (I reviewed it during its festival run and yeah, it’s got the goods).

Ok, tropa, today "Blue Beetle" comes out. "Miguel Wants to Fight" is on Hulu. In less than a month "Satanic Hispanics" hits theaters. Lots of Latinx options. BUT... you have to show up. The only way we get to tell our stories is if we watch them. Representation matters.

Barbenheimer done. Loved them both. Some takeaways: - They should have split the running time more evenly between the two. One could've been shorter, the other one used more. - Oppenheimer really wasted the opportunity to bring up in every meeting the Kenergy released by the bomb.

Was seated for Barbenheimer and had to run out of the theater for a case Babyfever. Now bracing for a weekend of dolls and pink and crying and misery, so maybe not a big change.

Yeah that was infuriating. I was starting to think my feet hurt. Now I’m looking for a new pair of shoes, with good support, light, that can carry me for the next 500 miles, but also good to climb walls, jump fences, stomp on bones and are really hard to dislodge from their asses. Recommendations?

My kid decided we’re gonna spend the night playing lightsaber fights. He then decided he was going to wear a dinosaur mask, and he chose a Michael Myers one for me for our duel. And he gave the red lightsaber to his little sister. Not only is my kid super cool, he’s also a great character judge.

This feeling of escaping a dumpster fire ruled by a dangerous maniac while leaving family and friends behind in search for a better life is strangely familiar.
