(Sounds rather cruel to say, yes? That Khitaclus is the weaker version. You'd be right. It IS cruel. Khitaclus displayed a critical level of care for mortalkind in times of duress, making choices that others would be too weak to do so. He was still wounded and hid to lick his wounds in penance.)-
