This morning I got my copy of @adhd-alien.bsky.social 's Feeling Like an ADHD Alien. I'm already a hundred pages in and alternating between crying and running upstairs to show my husband pages that explain my brain better than I've ever been able to. 💙

15 years ago I had just learned he liked me back. 9 years ago he was cracking jokes in his vows. Last year, my cancer treatment had ended and we were learning how to relax again. This year, I'm glad I get to just look forward to many more years. I have loved growing up with my favorite person. 💙
