I'm fascinated by this question as a cheesemaker because cheese is a discovery made over and over by anyone who has too much raw milk. Breast milk has been available for experimentation since before there were humans. Knowledge loss on milk culture is staggering.

I picked up my own groceries for an excuse to leave the house, drove around Petoskey for hours, went to 4 thrift stores, ate too much peanut chicken at China King, and now I have to figure out how to get 30 lbs of cheese into the refrigerator.

Videos set in Spanish churches and courtyards, songs about Rio de Janeiró. Friends, you don't have to do this. Most of the slow songs on the Korea top 100 would make great bachatas. The clubs will play all the bangers you can put a salsa or cumbia beat on. You are sitting on a goldmine.

There is a concerted effort underway by KPOP acts to get on the Latin charts. It hasn't been unusual to see KPOP on the Mexico top 100, but now the Korea top 100 has taken a terrible turn. Brother, these beats do not go together.

Dearborn-Warren-Detroit market must not be a "hot" market. It's the designation that leads to delusion. Prices are dropping 20-100K at a time here and everything is still overpriced. Realtors may have killed the golden goose because who wants to buy when prices are falling like this?

2026: the year that realtors and sellers thought they could ask wildly inflated prices for existing houses, but that did not pan out.

my favorite trick in trailer living is solving problems with a hole saw. No place to plug in the microwave? Hole saw into the fridge enclosure. Turned two closets into a chest freezer spot? Hole saw into the living room for power. Need ventilation in the craft room? Hole saw into the furnace space.

I haven't bought one yet because it seems like a really dumb thing to spend money on while hoarding a dozen pencils that have never been sharpened, plus another 5 or 6 mechanical pencils. Too nice to throw out, but inferior in every way.

I bought a mechanical pencil in middle school and carried it for years. It was clear and octogonal and took enormous leads. I've been missing it lately and looking at replacements. I wonder what happened to it.

Realizing that no one else had special pencils to track. I had a one-room-schoolhouse teacher in her last year for 3rd grade, and two of us were given No.3s for dark writing. They last forever, but tore the paper if pressed too hard. We were not allowed to turn in papers with tears.

I went to the ecstatic dance event. Nobody had seen the sacred geometry or wanted to talk about snakes. Several people cited physical therapy as their prior dance experience. It was excellent.
