Early this spring, I started a *mostly* keto/carnivore regimen - No/Low Carb, no added sugars, no store bought soda. My a1c is 6, my average high blood sugar is under 135 and my insulin use is WAY down, allowing me to loose weight. and I am under 190 now. 2/

This year my health is a lot better than this time last year. Last year I was close to 240 pounds, My blood sugar was farther out of my control than I wanted, and my a1c was 11. I got more serious about my diet. 1/
