Ran session 0 for a new little Pathfinder campaign last night, keen to get back into some TTRGPs Considering even doing a little bit of content around it, hard to fit in scheduled streams at the moment so doing some YouTube again may be the way to go

Automod has this listed as spam, but it's a legitimate project that I'm very excited for. Lots of familiar names in it. I'm not usually a fan of trading cards but I'm super keen to grab a few packs of these.

Went to the Interstella 5555 screening last night and they had a QR code up for a silly Snapchat filter. Glad I got to go see it in the cinema, had never actually watched the whole thing through before.

The Minecraft movie having the line "as a child I yearned for the mines" has actually given me interest in going to see it. 10/10 line

One of the little bits I found while clearing the old tweet list was screenshots from Miitomo, I really enjoyed that app, pity it only stayed up for such a short period of time

A screenshot from discontinued Nintendo app Miitomo, featuring Aavimus' mii, with a smaller copy of itself standing together with crossed arms and an angry expression. The caption in the image reads "Don't talk to me or my son ever again". It is an old meme from around the time that Miitomo was available.

Just finished clearing out everything from Twitter, went through it all 1 by 1. Lots of good memories there, but I don't want it all going to train Elons AI so it had to be wiped

Found an absolute gem at Target, a classic Australian Christmas tale.

Why is it literally always real estate agents that ignore no junk mail signs, everyone else gets it. They must assume that their fliers aren't consider junk, but it certainly is.

One of the things I'm really loving about this platform is not constantly having posts disappear in front of my eyes and not being able to find them again

Aavimus @aavimus.bsky.social · 07/11/2024

I think it's definitely time with the problematic ownership of the other platform to entirely stop using it over there, I was going to try to support people on both platforms, but no point encouraging people to linger in that hellhole when we can build something so much better here.

What my steam set up looks like when it's not the mess it currently is, complete with Flareon to guard it

Aavimus' stream set up consisting of a desktop PC, two monitors (one in vertical set up), a Nintendo switch dock, controller stand, mouse and keyboard, stream deck XL and Keylight plus side light on a table. A Super Mario Brothers desk mat and a build a bear flareon sitting on top of the PC. Plus of course a container of Aavis required bikkies

Throwback to the time I was inspired by Chat and Wario to make garlic bikkies. They were a wild ride, I enjoyed them for a bit but I do not recommend

Back in 2022, Harkiiee and I had a little challenge going on and we played this every day until one of us missed a day, I won, but it was some quality fun and it made it my most played game of 2022. Perhaps RingFit returns for 2025 if a challenge is to be had

Latest @streamer.bot update added pronoun support, most people aren't going to notice it, but I now have the shout out command adjust pronouns if the target has them added. It is just one of the nice little features that you can add to your stream that makes streamer bot so useful

I feel like one of the biggest areas for improvement on my stream is mobile viewer experience, between 65 and 70% of my views on average come from mobile and I haven't done a huge amount to cater for it.

Been solidly impressed with a lot of the little things Twitch has been doing lately. Better information is available post stream, they now have a button your can press to express interest in beta features rather than just randomly assigning them. Small things, but great signs
