The function of ICE has been corrupted. It doesn’t do what it was created to do. In addition, as a federal “law enforcement agency” that defies and ignores constitutional protections, ICE cannot be reformed. ICE must be defunded and dismantled. And rebuilt to proper scale and with strict oversight.
