I'm not here much any more - the "games" version of me doesn't really exist now, so follow me at the "comedy" version of me - @aaronweight.bsky.social :)

Just completed BG3 for the first time. Bawled my eyes out at the final cinematics. Starting a new playthrough. 😅

First night, dress rehearsal, done. Now we’ve checked into our hotel and unpacked the essentials… 😁

I have enjoyed having purple hair again but it keeps fading to this amethyst-like look - I don’t mind it but it’s not as vibrant as I would like. Doing the annual “normal for Halloween” colour tonight…! 👻

This is an official D&D t-shirt, the print is completely flaking off after only a few washes. Fuck WotC for using piss poor cheap materials.

Fairground Frights are fast approaching, 6 days to go…! 😈 This was me last year, watch this space for this year’s look, I’ll be playing someone new! 🤩 (Photo and Makeup by Pip Lee)

I only just found out that sadly Shane passed away. This post of his makes an excellent summary of the wonderful human he was. Another bright new star for the skies this week. X (Ps I’m very sorry if this is how you find out, too)

Smashed through the last series of Ghosts today. I’m really not ready for it to end but I’m pleased we at least get the last Christmas special yet to come. Presumably it will be just as emotional as all the others have been 😅

Absolutely. Thank you, Kathy. X

Had to say a very sudden goodbye to my cat today, she rapidly went downhill in the last few days and the vet said the kindest thing to do would be to let her go. She brought us so much joy in her life, I loved her so much, and I’ll greatly miss her. Farewell, Dory. X

Playing Baldur’s Gate 3 the right way, with some ambience…! The only thing missing is a smoke machine 😁👌🏻

Passing through KX again tonight. I could stare at this roof for ages. I love the curves and the shapes. 😑👌🏻

I recommend The Madhouse of Tasha’s Kiss. I ran it very badly one Halloween but the content is great and I know of others who have run it with amazing results.

Oh shit!! Ah mate I’m sorry to hear that! I have a friend who had to quit her job because of “youths” assaulting her

Ah that makes sense. Sucks to hear though, people these days are worse than ever.

My No.1 favourite customer wasn't going to be in again before I leave so I sent him a "farewell" email. ... He came in to see me. Wahhh. Utter legend. 😭

Hello. If you see this, it's a reminder that you are fantastic, you can do anything you set your mind to, and you're going to have a great day. YOU GOT THIS! (Ts&Cs, indemnities and some exclusions may apply... :P )

In last night’s D&D the players discovered trails of strange purple energy leading towards some sort of constructed well in the ground. The energy was flickering all around and as they started to investigate, a gigantic beast crawled out from the pit… the fight behinds next time! #TheEverlands

One of my regular customers bought me a bottle of wine today ☺️ didn’t have the cheek to tell her I’m more of a red drinker than a white, but I’m sure we can make do 😅

Chloe bought BG3 so we could play it together. Dammit I need to marry this woman FASTER.

Epic game. My cleric, Dodrick, was on death’s door no fewer than thrice, but absolutely awesome game. Loved it! This is me and the kobold playing acrobats 🤣

When you have positivity to share, shine on. If you have a few bucks to spare, give them freely. When you have wisdom to share, speak it with conviction. And if you see someone stealing food to survive, no you fucking didn’t.
