Went out and got ponchos and rain boots for the Renn faire tomorrow and they cancelled! I'm so pissed... The kids and I were all excited and prepared for the rain. Now I get to break it to them tomorrow when they wake up excited for the faire 😑

Went to the ER today with numbness and swelling in my right arm. I've been having pains in my neck, eye and head, which are worsening and my doctors haven't done anything about it yet 🙃 ER doc gave me steroids and said it's likely a pinched nerve and the head/eye pain is probably from sleep apnea

Got the call with the information for the new position. It's a little later so the kids would be back to their normal school schedule, which doesn't leave me time to substitute, but it cuts out the need for childcare and leaves me available to volunteer and help with my one kid who is struggling

I'm finally almost done! I've been ripping out the embroidery from jackets I got from previous work places and this one has been an absolute pain in the ass! There are two small holes that I now need to cover with another patch. Anyone have recommendations for furry patches!?

Took my kid to the only barber shop around for a short, faux hawk type hair cut where they spoke very little English. The hair cut turned out great!
