[Michael] White often said that people do not invent problems. Instead, they are recruited into actions and ways of thinking that create problems. Narrative therapists ask questions with the intention of bringing the ways that people have been recruited into problems to light.

要知道跟人交谈/交往时,有没有走心其实别人是能感受到的。不要以为重复一些看似礼貌的套话空话,会有帮助。甚至那些习惯性的口癖会让人察觉,只要听到这样的话,就能感受到被敷衍对待的感觉。具体情境里,不要急于敷衍式地共情,沉默地聆听比简单地回应更好。
