Gender diversity isn’t new. Many words we use may be newer. Our existence isn’t. This #TransHistoryMonth, we’re looking back at some of the histories that brought us here — and celebrating the history trans people are still making every day. We’re still here. ✨

Supporting a trans friend in crisis can start with something simple: listen to them. You don’t have to fix everything. You can stay present, ask what they need, affirm them, and respect their autonomy. Here are some ways to support someone without automatically calling 988 or 911. 💜
