Same with his house. We wanted revenge. Was so heartbreaking to see the Toronto Blue Jays lose last year.

Teletoon was an exciting time for us kids who only really had YTV and Fox Kids for cartoons. It had so many interesting shows in the evenings like Captain Star and Duckman.

Quebec Teletoon still exists. And it still has an adult block at night. Yet it also airs preschool shows. Though it's a shame that they got rid of the FOX Shows in favor of Adult Swim originals. Especially that the Quebec dub of The Simpsons which was also on normal Teletoon was at risk.

It's here! "Bad Bob" has been remastered! This fever dream of a ReBoot episode is why you need humans in pipelines. Brendan McCarthy doodled Megabyte as a truck one day on a lark and they built an entire episode around that sketch. youtube.com/watch?v=IZsi...

Where I live a lot of people are forced by prices to live in the ourskirts of the urban center and have to commute for 2 to 3 hours every day. I often find that people dont think this is a problem at all. Even leftists! I find it abhorent.

So thank you Bob, Larry, Scott, and the Mainframe gang for creating one of the best characters in Transformers history. I owe that character not only my hobby, but my life. Without him, I wouldn't have had my found family, who have been with me for nearly 20 years. Thanks, guys :)

I don't collect much nowadays, but I am hoping that by 2028, for the 30th anniversary of Code of Hero, I will retire from collecting by purchasing the Masterpiece Beast Wars Dinobot, which I still believe is the perfect Dinobot toy

I joined the Transformers fandom 20 years ago this month. Since then I dedicated my free time to collecting, learning, and watching Transformers. I went to TFCon in 2008. I met my friends there. I had a lot of adventures there. I bought more things than I can afford at times

He was THE favourite. A character who I felt attuned to. Because of this episode, how it was written, performed, and animated, I said to myself 'animation can do that?' And it snowballed from there.

Cris @theothervoltar.bsky.social · 16/10/2026

Not long after, I saw Code of Hero for the first time at 15 years old. This was in 2006. I never felt such pain and grief over a character - from his Shakespearean soliloquies, to his pride as a warrior, and fighting for the right of all sentient beings, Dinobot wasn't just a favourite.

Cris @theothervoltar.bsky.social · 16/10/2026

So it's 2005, and while I was in the height of being in the InuYasha fandom (30th anniversary next month, btw), Beast Wars was airing again at the same time. As several VAs have voiced in both shows, I made it my goal to start the series again from the beginning.

Cris @theothervoltar.bsky.social · 16/10/2026

Though I liked Dinobot as a character, I didn't think much of him and due to the inconsistency of how season 2 was scheduled - I missed Code of Hero several times throughout 1998 - 2000. I never finished the series and tried to start, but raged quit Beast Machines

Cris @theothervoltar.bsky.social · 16/10/2026

1996 was a time for me, as I watched the second episode of Beast Wars on September 17th, thinking I was going to watch an old episode of ReBoot. I missed the first episode as my brother was being born that day.

Cris @theothervoltar.bsky.social · 16/10/2026

It's late and it's been a month overdue, but I'm going to talk about Beast Wars Dinobot for a second to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the show
