And my doctors agree with me completely. They write things down when I talk. Constantly. Sometimes they look at each other. That means they’re impressed.

Sometimes the words come out in a different order, but that’s because the brain is faster than the mouth. The brain gets ahead. Extremely fast brain.

So when people ask about my health, I say look at the facts. I’m standing. I’m talking. Very strongly.

Lincoln probably would have had a ballroom if they hadn’t Well. Very sad situation. And I’m not saying a ballroom would have prevented it. But nobody can say it wouldn’t have.

Three thousand people, maybe four thousand people, tremendous chandeliers, and everybody’s blood moving beautifully through the room. The founding fathers understood this. That’s why they had balls. Washington loved balls.

Tristan Johnson @stepback.nebula.tv · 13h
Right now the White House has terrible circulation. People bump into each other. You have senators standing around in doorways. A beautiful ballroom opens everything up. Blood flows. People flow.
110
Tristan Johnson @stepback.nebula.tv · 13h
And that’s also why we need the ballroom. People say, ‘What does the ballroom have to do with health?’ Everything. You need circulation. A ballroom allows circulation.

Iran knows this. I told them. I said, ‘You cannot have the nuclear because frankly we have enough cell problems.’ Very strong statement. They respected it.
110
Tristan Johnson @stepback.nebula.tv · 13h
Because nuclear is radiation. Radiation gets into your cells. Your cells are little things in the blood, I believe. Some are in the bones. The bone cells. You have millions of them. Maybe billions. Nobody knows. And nuclear weapons interfere with the cells. Very dangerous.
100
Tristan Johnson @stepback.nebula.tv · 13h
And while we’re talking about health, because the health of the nation is the health of the body, basically, Iran can never have a nuclear weapon. Never.

Tristan Johnson @stepback.nebula.tv · 13h
And I have tremendous memory. I remember everything. I remember winning the election by the largest landslide anybody has ever seen. Psychologically it was enormous.
110
Tristan Johnson @stepback.nebula.tv · 13h
They said, ‘Sir, identify the animal.’ And I said elephant immediately. It was a rhinoceros, but rhinoceroses are basically armored elephants. Most people don’t know that.
110
Tristan Johnson @stepback.nebula.tv · 13h
And people say, ‘Why did the White House physician make you take another cognitive test?’ I asked for the test! I love the test. I said give me the hardest one.
110
Tristan Johnson @stepback.nebula.tv · 13h
And the doctors checked me after the event, which was not an event. They said everything was normal. Extremely normal. They did the pictures of the brain. Beautiful pictures. They said, ‘Sir, we’re seeing areas, good areas."
110
Tristan Johnson @stepback.nebula.tv · 13h
They said, ‘Sir, why did you drop the glass?’ I didn’t drop the glass. The glass left. There’s a difference. It slid aggressively out of the hand. Could have been condensation.
110
Tristan Johnson @stepback.nebula.tv · 13h
Sometimes it doesn’t Sometimes the hand goes Well, everybody’s hand does that. You wake up and the hand doesn’t know where it is. Perfectly normal.
110
Tristan Johnson @stepback.nebula.tv · 13h
I understand the body very well. Possibly better than the doctors. And they keep asking about the thing with the hand. There’s nothing wrong with the hand. The hand is terrific. It’s always been a very good hand.

Tristan Johnson @stepback.nebula.tv · 13h
Sometimes I have a Diet Coke because you have to balance the sugar. You eat something, then you drink Diet Coke, and it cancels. Positive, negative. Like electricity. The body runs on electricity. That’s why they shock you when you die. Think about it. Nobody ever explains that.
110
Tristan Johnson @stepback.nebula.tv · 13h
They used to have the pyramid. They got rid of it because they ruin everything. I eat almost the entire pyramid. Very efficient.
100
Tristan Johnson @stepback.nebula.tv · 13h
McDonald’s, you know what you’re getting. Hamburger. Bun. Ketchup. Ketchup is tomatoes. Tomatoes are vegetables. French fries are potatoes. Potatoes are also vegetables. So already you’ve got two vegetables. Then the hamburger is protein. And the bun is grain. That’s basically the pyramid.
100
Tristan Johnson @stepback.nebula.tv · 13h
The doctors also criticize McDonald’s, which I think is very unfair because McDonald’s has consistency. Consistency is important medically. When you go into some little restaurant, you don’t know who’s back there. Could be anybody. Could be a Dumocrat. Many people don't know dumb has a b in it.

Golf is different because golf is primarily standing near a golf cart. Very healthy. Sunshine. Grass. Sometimes you swing. It moves the lymph. Nobody talks about the lymph anymore. Years ago everybody talked about lymph. Now suddenly you never hear about it. Why? I’m just asking questions.
100
Tristan Johnson @stepback.nebula.tv · 13h
You see a guy running at six in the morning and you think, why? What are you running from? I’ve had friends who exercised every day. Dead. I don’t exercise. Still here.
100
Tristan Johnson @stepback.nebula.tv · 13h
And they tell me exercise is good. I’ve never believed it. Never. You’re born with a certain amount of energy. It’s like a battery. And these people, they go jogging, jogging, jogging, they’re using up the battery. Terrible.
100
Tristan Johnson @stepback.nebula.tv · 13h
So I take aspirin. Sometimes two. Sometimes more. The doctors say, ‘You don’t need that much.’ I say, ‘Psychologically, I do.’ And psychology is part of the body. People forget that. The brain is in the head. Most of it. Depending on the person.
100
Tristan Johnson @stepback.nebula.tv · 13h
I take aspirin. I take more aspirin than they want me to take, actually. The doctors say, ‘Sir, maybe don’t take so much aspirin.’ But psychologically, I like knowing the blood is thin. You don’t want thick blood. Thick blood gets stuck. Everyone knows that.
100
Tristan Johnson @stepback.nebula.tv · 13h
First of all, the doctors say I’m in tremendous health. They’ve never seen health like this. One doctor, very respected, one of the top blood doctors, he does blood all day, he said, ‘Sir, your blood is unbelievable.’ And I said, I know. I’ve always had very successful blood.

And maybe, somewhere in the back of your mind, you think: Ballroom. Not because I told you to. Because you love your country.
000
Tristan Johnson @stepback.nebula.tv · 03/10/2026
And then, separately, completely independently, you go into that voting booth and you think about America. You think about Texas. You think about Oklahoma. You think about the historic landslide I won.

Tristan Johnson @stepback.nebula.tv · 03/10/2026
So when you receive the five hundred dollar check, and again, totally unrelated, you should enjoy it. Cash it. Spend it. Frame the letter. Some people are framing the letter. Very valuable someday.
100
Tristan Johnson @stepback.nebula.tv · 03/10/2026
Can you imagine? Christmas morning. No ballroom. Thanksgiving. No ballroom. Veterans Day. No ballroom. You drive past the White House with your family and your little boy looks out the window and says, “Daddy, where’s the ballroom?” And what do you tell him? You tell him America failed.
100
Tristan Johnson @stepback.nebula.tv · 03/10/2026
That’s sadness. National sadness. Children will ask their parents, “Mommy, Daddy, why isn’t there a ballroom?” And the parents will have to say, “Because certain people made a very selfish decision in a congressional district outside Dallas.”
100
Tristan Johnson @stepback.nebula.tv · 03/10/2026
And I’m just saying, if Republicans lose the midterms, which they won’t, because we’re doing incredibly, look at Oklahoma, but if somehow, through cheating or weather or people voting incorrectly, something happens… You may not get the ballroom.
100
Tristan Johnson @stepback.nebula.tv · 03/10/2026
Other countries have ballrooms. Very beautiful ballrooms. You go to Saudi Arabia, tremendous rooms. China, tremendous rooms. France has rooms everywhere. Some of them are probably ballrooms. Versailles, basically one giant ballroom. They knew what they were doing.
100
Tristan Johnson @stepback.nebula.tv · 03/10/2026
And what people should really be thinking about is the ballroom. Nobody talks about the ballroom. We need a ballroom at the White House.
100
Tristan Johnson @stepback.nebula.tv · 03/10/2026
So I’m not worried about the midterms. Not even a little. I barely think about them. I think about them maybe fifteen, sixteen hours a day. Sometimes seventeen. But that’s just because I’m President.
100
Tristan Johnson @stepback.nebula.tv · 03/10/2026
I won the election by a landslide. Historic landslide. People tell me they’ve never seen anything like it. Electoral people. Very serious map people. They came to me with tears in their eyes and said, “Sir, this map is too red.” I said, “Make it redder.” And we did.
100
Tristan Johnson @stepback.nebula.tv · 03/10/2026
These people don’t understand maps. I understand maps better than anybody.
100
Tristan Johnson @stepback.nebula.tv · 03/10/2026
Texas is so safe I may go there three times this week. Oklahoma, maybe four. We’re looking at Kansas very strongly. Tremendous confidence. Some people say, “Sir, normally if you’re confident, you spend time expanding the map.”
100
Tristan Johnson @stepback.nebula.tv · 03/10/2026
When something is extremely safe, you go there constantly. That’s what safety means. You don’t see me campaigning in Massachusetts. Why? Too dangerous.
100
Tristan Johnson @stepback.nebula.tv · 03/10/2026
And people are also saying, “President Trump, why are you campaigning in Texas? Why are you campaigning in Oklahoma? Aren’t those supposed to be safe?” They are incredibly safe. So safe. Possibly the safest states in American history. That’s why I’m there.
100
Tristan Johnson @stepback.nebula.tv · 03/10/2026
Watergate didn’t even have checks. As far as I know. And Watergate was a setup. Maybe Nixon should’ve sent checks. He might’ve done better.
100
Tristan Johnson @stepback.nebula.tv · 03/10/2026
I want to emphasize that because the fake news keeps using this word “crime.” They love crime. They’re obsessed with crime. They see five hundred dollars and suddenly it’s Watergate.
100
Tristan Johnson @stepback.nebula.tv · 03/10/2026
Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona, Georgia. These are states that, for reasons nobody can explain, became extremely financially needy approximately five weeks before Election Day. Coincidence. Could’ve happened anytime. And certainly NOT a crime.
100
Tristan Johnson @stepback.nebula.tv · 03/10/2026
And people are saying, “Why did the checks only go to certain states?” Because those states needed checks. Very needy states.
100
Tristan Johnson @stepback.nebula.tv · 03/10/2026
Five hundred dollars can’t buy a vote anymore. Maybe under Biden. Under Biden a vote probably cost seven hundred, eight hundred dollars because of inflation. Terrible inflation.
100
Tristan Johnson @stepback.nebula.tv · 03/10/2026
And the letter says some very nice things. It says we love you, we appreciate you, America is doing tremendous, please remember who made it tremendous. Nothing about voting. Maybe the word “vote” appears. I haven’t read every letter. There are millions of them. But it’s certainly not buying votes.
100
Tristan Johnson @stepback.nebula.tv · 03/10/2026
And yes, there’s a letter from me. So what? Presidents write letters. Lincoln wrote letters. Washington wrote letters. I write probably more letters than both of them put together, and much better letters. Very powerful penmanship.

Tristan Johnson @stepback.nebula.tv · 03/10/2026
First of all, there is no election meddling. None. Zero. I don’t even know what election meddling is, frankly. People say, “Sir, are these checks election meddling?” I say, “What checks?” And then they show me the checks. Beautiful checks, by the way. Five hundred dollars. Very substantial.
