Like, this isn't just magical clothing that can appear and disappear with no consequence, if you mess up her locket you can disrupt the transformation itself, and, metaphorically, rip the seams out. It takes effort to finish the transformation once she's been forced into her mid-transformation form

There are a ton of wonderful magical girl transformations out there, but I don't think anything has topped Sailor Moon's for me. i just love how her's will occasionally be undone & we get to see her covered in the magical ribbons that created her outfit. It gives the transformation weight to me

The funny part about this is that Amy wouldn't be very good at ballet lol she's too impatient and her strength is in her arms, not her legs. But the aesthetic fits her very well Percival, on the other hand, would be a *fantastic* ballerina
