Just received my copy of the 8th edition of Smith and Aitkenhead’s Textbook of Anaesthesia.
Many thanks to my fellow editors but particularly grateful to the many colleagues and friends who wrote so many excellent chapters.
Book chapter authorship is true academic altruism!
