I think sometimes context is important for appreciating art, but when I don’t think the artist delivered on the apparent vision even knowing the context, I think it’s a silly debate. E.g. “star fox remake was trying to look like puppets!” when imo the models don’t come off that way even with context

Companies that use AI basically want to cut corners and save money and then pass none of that on to you. It is entirely about robbing us of something we received and enjoyed for the owner’s benefit of getting to care less and spend less Do not support business that use AI. They will rob you blind.

I have started doing petty vandalism, and slapping anti-AI stickers on businesses that use AI signs and posters. I stand up at work to pushback against the AI zealots, and break their forward momentum with serious pushback. I am going to petition my neighbourhood BIA to take on an anti-AI policy.

I believe they do this to prevent diapers from sitting in a bin for two weeks; garbage and recycling service are swapped weekly, but compost is weekly. I don’t actually think my diapers are being composted since they’re full of plastic but it’s nice to imagine—I assume waste mgmt separates them.
