This was fun and also it was kinda fast. I'll be on a new schedule for the winter bid where I work afternoons into the night. It'll be weird but hopefully I can go back to the swing shift next round. On the bright side, I get to try Saturdays off. Hopefully I'll see you all a bit more.

That was a nice afternoon in Puerto Vallarta. Went to a little beach resort.

Ordered some magnetic backing sheets and played around with putting furry stickers on em. Fun for fridges but my real plan is to stick these on my cabin door when I go cruising. Makes it easier to find my room in a hallway of doors.

Several disembodied gloves operate a hand pump that is attached to the valve of an inflatable jackodile. Said monster toy has its paws up and appears to be making noises.

Getting back into Apex Legends randomly. It's been a pretty long time since I played and I guess it has a little indicator for how good the players are per BR match. I think it's overestimating my skill violently.

Microsoft asked for my feedback on Windows 11, then proceeded to show me 3 more pages asking on a scale of 1 to 5 if I was satisfied with a boatload of metrics. I guess they'll never know, since I don't have the attention span to go past the second page you asked a quick opinion, not an essay.

Windows 11's Feedback Hub app, asking me how likely am I to recommend a Windows PC to others and overall how satisfied I am with windows. In the comments field is the message "For the 20th time, I do not need you to tell me upon startup that I should set up OneDrive to back up my desktop full of nothing."

The Send button at the bottom is a lie, it doesn't send anything but instead peppers you with more questions like an overzealous immigration officer.

Jaiy invited me over to Frolic. Gave me an overnight place to crash so I wouldn’t be stuck in the early morn. Always invited me over and wanted me to eat his food. He was always calling me over to be more social and hang out with folks at events. He always wanted me to know that he loved my company.
