Wow!! Awesome art! This is one of the finest art pieces created with a rejected palette! It's so impressive: the textures, the perfectly placed yellow on the eyes, the moodiness of the art. Just perfect!!

I put pixel art on my bingo card for this year ... and crazy as I am, I decided "why not start with the largest canvas size you've done? That wil get you back in the swing of things!" ... and it did! But I am kinda salty about it because coming up with so much detail was an exercise #pixelart #ドット絵

A pixel art illustration of a destopian cloud city. Two buildings in the foreground are afloat and worndown. In the back is a megastructure with what seems tiny condo units. In the bottom a cloud and in between the two buildings is a flock of birds flying up

pixelart illustration in different shades of brown and greys.
The illustration shows a humanoid creature with elements that remind of a snail, like a huge round mouth where the face of the person would be, with wavy lumps of skin reminiscent of the underside of a snail and instead of eyes two eye antennas reaching for the light while the creature is devouring a dry leave.
In the Top right corner is the signature of the artist (Sabaku) and the number "005" written. In the lower right corner you can read the name of the color palette (kitty) and see all the colors of the palette in a color strip

This awesome art plays with the palette's strengths in a smart way! Are the colors harsh? Definitely, so this is why the neon lights look so striking and bright. The tall canvas makes the art feel more oppressive and wondruous, as if you're entering this decrepit building. Really cool!

Hottake: The best DK out there (he is from Demon Tides #Pixel_dailies theme #dk for @pixeldailies.bsky.social Palette: "Chills" by Buzzoopa @rejectedpalettes.bsky.social ko-fi #pixelart #fanart

Pixel Art Illustration of "DK", a character from the game "Demon Tides". He is standing there with broad legs and arms crossed, looking to the right.
He is a shadowy space being that has kind of a humanoid shape with fluffy hair bound to a high ponytail, but the skin is looking like it's made out of space itself, while the eyes are glowing yellow. In the pixelart illustration the skin is simplified to a dark blue-purple hue. He has lenky arms and big hands that have bandages wrapped around, he has also bandages around the mouth and around the waist. He is wearing bright yellow pants with wide trouser cuffs. He's wearing pink sandals, and would also wear a pink top, but its obscured by the big hands .
The background is filled with a light pink. Only a few silhouettes of clouds are also in the background + the silhouettes of two tiny birds.
In the lower half of the picture is a palette of all the used colors + the signature of the artist ("Sabaku, 2025")

Oh right I should post some art. Some ladies I doodled ages ago using colours from "Jacob Lenard palette" by HunterRuizFan543 on @rejectedpalettes.bsky.social. The larger images are from October 2021; the smaller sprites are from June of last year. I should draw the missing ones, too... #pixelart

Pixel art of five women in various outfits. CW from noon: A red-eyed tan-skinned, shorter woman in a low-cut green crop top with curly, blue-grey hair tied back in a short ponytail and loose bangs on her right side. A tall green-eyed woman with an amber one-piece swimsuit and long, straight, blue hair pulled back in a ponytail. An even taller big-tiddy robot with an old-style security camera for a head standing in the rain wearing a wet track jacket. A purple-eyed ginger imp girl with straight, short, somewhat messy pink/rose/red hair, green horns, and olive skin wearing a white choker zipper bandeau top and shorts. A hazel-eyed, brown skinned woman with even messier short white hair, green eyelashes and fignernails, and an outfit that a bootleg of Aeon Fluxx might have worn to a French nightclub in 2001 (if anyone has actually read the alt text this far and wants a proper description, let me know and I'll happily do it in a followup post ;0; <3). The first, second, and fourth character have a smaller pixel art sprite of that character in their respective costumes. Each element is attended by a watermark and timecode.

The picture shows the portrait of a person looking over her shoulder and waving at the viewer. She has elf like ears, green hair and big anime style eyes. She is wearing something that looks like a dress with a deep neckline. She is also holding a wooden staff in the other hand.

Pixel art. A large-breasted robot in a damp blue tracksuit ands in the rain against a grey-blue background with a mechanical hand raised. She has an old-style security camera for a head. The head and hand are a bronze-brass colour. The entire image is rotated almost one degree clockwise. There is a slight watermark across the entire image. Both are intended to defeat AI scraping; god only knows if it works. There is a more obvious ANC signature (also pixel art) with a datestamp below it, above the figure's left (our right) shoulder.
