Between the $1055 we raised in cash on site, & the $1455 raised through online methods, the total number of our efforts at #MCAtlanta was $2510 for Southern Fried Queer Pride! On top of all the wonderful connections, conversation ins, & moments we had, Atlanta was a success. 1/2

We have a missing Commander Deck here at the PFC booth! If you can tell us what's in it, we'd love to reunite it with its owner! We believe a group came by about 30? Minutes ago? And accidentally left it behind

Good morning Phyrexia! If you're going to #MCAtlanta, you should download the MagicCon app to get access to a map, and to help you keep track of the things you wanna visit, like the PFC booth! We're conveniently at the very top of the list. (on Friday, and Saturday, but technically second on Sunday)

At the top it reads "schedule" and September 26th, September 27th, and September 28th

Below that is the start of a long scrolling list of schedules events and time slots, starting with Praetors For Change from 10 am to 6 pm

Oh cool the email came through about the #MCAtlanta Gathering Grounds, I wonder wh- BWWHUU?!? Get excited, we'll see y'all in Atlanta 😎👉👉

The Gathering Grounds
Magic Con
Atlanta GA
Sep 26-28

The Gathering Grounds is a new, dedicated space at MagicCon that is open to all attendees! Designed to celebrate everything that makes us different and lift up those from historically marginalized and underrepresented groups, this is a place to gather, play games, make new connections, promote organizations and more!

We are thrilled to share the organizations that we have partnered with to participate in this space. Learn more about them below and be sure to stop by during the weekend:

Preators For Change
Preators For Change is a team of queer and trans Magic: The Gathering players who raise money for good causes and play a lot of Phyrexian EDH while doing it. Formed in 2022, the group has raised over $30k for charitable causes with organizations such as the Transgender Education Network of Texas, the ACLU, Crisis Text Line, and Stream For A Cause. Historically, PFC has utilized Twitch as their platform of choice for hosting their weekend-long marathons of Commander, which feature almost exclusively decks with Phyrexians in the Command Zone. These events prioritize fun, safety, and the fostering of a communal energy focused on doing the most good. The year of 2025 has seen PFC's eighth such event, and also marks an exciting shift in direction as the team expands its numbers, as well as the overall intentions of the positive impact Praetors For Change seeks to have on the community that has formed around it. An in person presence at Magic Con Atlanta is a bold, new mission - but it is only the first small step as it gears up for one giant leap into what comes next.
