Our researchers have been part of an international team that found climate change contributed to permafrost thawing and glacial thinning, which caused the catastrophic rock and ice collapse on the northern Nepalese border in August. ⬇️ bit.ly/4xwwuEQ #WeAreNCL

Last week the Freemen of Newcastle visited the Castle Leazes accommodation redevelopment site. As well as finding out more about the project, they signed a steel beam which will be integrated into the structure of the first two buildings. #WeAreNCL

We've received more than £4M funding from the Office For Students to offer more students the chance to study on our Engineering degrees. The funding will help create additional places across a range of programmes including Electrical and Electronic Engineering and Aerospace Engineering. #WeAreNCL
