#evoolutionAdvent Day 22 Golden Pineapple Balsamic Vinegar and Coconut Balsamic Vinegar blend The pineapple and coconut flavours are really well balanced and blend (unsurprisingly) well. This will make a delightful cocktail, but I can't imagine I'd like it on food.

#evoolutionAdvent Day 20 Ultra Premium Rosè Balsamic Vinegar This is probably wasted on me. I am not an ultra-premium gal when it comes to vinegar. It does taste fairly nice -- wine-ey and a bit vinegar-ey. If I liked sweet things in a non-dessert context, I'm sure this would be great.

#evoolutionAdvent Day 13 Sriracha Lime Sea Salt Dang, this is GOOD. Both the Sriracha and lime flavours come through nicely. This would be good on fries or anything snacky. I think I want to try it in (and/or on the rim of) a bloody Mary.

#evoolutionAdvent Day 1 Blackberry Ginger Dark Balsamic Vinegar I'm not a huge balsamic fan, but this is decadently delicious! It's v sweet with a nice little pop of ginger. I wish I had (and could tolerate) some good, fancy vanilla ice cream. This would be amazing drizzled on top.
