Hopkinton officials issued a cease-and-desist after learning of clear-cutting of trees that were protected by Planning Board conditions tied approval of a 140-unit subdivision. The developer withdrew the subdivision application, rendering the cease-and-desist moot. Cutting continues. bit.ly/3TlFMFB
