We’re stepping up support for Member States’ counter-drone capabilities. This builds on €250 million announced in 2025 and €169 million made available earlier this year for surveillance drones and related equipment. To strengthen border surveillance and respond to emerging security threats.

Our KIDS Act is about keeping children safe online. Regarding your concerns about privacy, platforms do not check identity documents and do not learn who you are. Age is verified through certified solutions independent of the platforms, including a free privacy- preserving EU age verification app.

Hi Marichi, at this stage we aren't able to propose a law to keep video games playable after they stop being provided commercially -this is due also to existing IP rights .

While we were not able to propose binding legislation at this stage, we will work together with the video game industry and consumer rights organisations to come up with solutions, including a code of conduct on managing video games' ‘end of life'.

After a record number of applications to the most recent Call for proposals, we have given a boost of over €210 million to the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions. Now more than 700 additional researchers will be able to build their career in Europe.

Europe will continue to deliver the support Ukraine needs to defend its people and its territory. We disburse €3.3 billion for drones and missiles under the Ukraine Support Loan. With this new payment, 2026 disbursements to Ukraine reach nearly €15 billion. #StandWithUkraine
