Update on the R2-unit. Weathered her up while the final parts for the legs and feet are printed. Will be on her feet in a month or two, much longer before she’s fully operational.

A moment that opened my eyes to the magic of movies when I was young was, oddly enough, this shot from Star Wars. It’s not even what most would call a memorable shot, but finding out that the wider shot is a matte painting and the laser blast hides a cut into the physical model BLEW MY MIND.

So many mods to get done on this bike next year. New seat, fender delete, quickshifter, Akrapovic exhaust, new mirrors, luggage system, frame sliders, maybe hand guards. #Motosky #Motorcycle

I grew up in the country in Missouri where everyone around me spoke in a particularly southern dialect so mine was spot on.

I guess I never shared this here. I and several members of our 501st Legion squad were on stage with Weird Al for “The Saga Begins.” It was one of the coolest experiences of my life. He has a great crew and is also a very sweet human being. I’m on the far right in the Sandtrooper kit.

I am in LOVE with this bike. Couldn’t have made a better decision than to sign on the dotted line this morning. Rode for nearly three hours straight with a friend and barely felt it until I got close to home. Absolute torque MONSTER. Power on tap and enough to spare.
