Big victory! The U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals revokes important Water Quality Certification permit for the Northeast Supply Enhancement (NESE) pipeline. The permit was granted by NJDEP in November of 2025 but challenged by a coalition of environmental groups. www.reuters.com/business/ene...
