You know it's a 🥶 day in SoFla when I'm wearing a hoodie and Kitty-Kitty wants to snuggle up to me. She was an outside cat, but we took her in as a rescue of sorts. She NEVER gets in anyone's lap. But on cold days, she makes a modification to her rule 😆

So here's the deal. I believe seasonal affective disorder (SAD) is a real thing. And from November until the dogwoods bloomed, I would stay down and usually sick. My fix for it? 25 years ago, I moved to South Florida. Haven't had sinusitis or bronchitis since. Still working on post-election sadness
