It's not just fishing boats. "U.S."-led military interventions are escalating across "Latin America" (Abya Yala). Bombings have struck "Colombia", "Venezuela" and "Ecuador," killing and displacing hundreds. And the Indigenous, Afro-descendant and campesino communities are being hit the hardest.

1. Lay it flat on a table. 2. Cut off both sleeves. 3. Cut the neckline slightly lower or wider for a looser fit. 4. Cut off the bottom hem. 5. Cut the T-shirt open along both side seams. 6. Make short horizontal cuts along each side. 7. Tie the strips together into knots. 8. Rock your new look!
