Beo-Wulf @beo-wulf.bsky.social · 11hThe sightseeing tour of Norway was the most beautiful trip of my life. I once considered emigrating to Norway, but the country also has a few drawbacks, such as very high prices, long dark winters, and a society that is closed off to foreigners and immigrants. 010
Beo-Wulf @beo-wulf.bsky.social · 29/09/2026I often have the same thing happen. That’s because my job right now is much less interesting than yours—analyzing Excel spreadsheets with sales results and inventory turnover 😒 110
Beo-Wulf @beo-wulf.bsky.social · 29/09/2026Describe how you’d like the scene to look. I have an artist friend in Poland who would be happy to draw it. bsky.app/profile/yeen... Maybe make the character a bit "bear-like," since that’s the style he’s best at. I’ll handle the negotiations and fees, so you only pay once it’s finished. 😁bsky.app 000
Beo-Wulf @beo-wulf.bsky.social · 29/09/2026You might view creativity rather narrowly—as the ability to draw or make music. To me, it’s the ability to create anything that is both attractive and useful. Coming up with a fursuit design, installing electrical wiring, planning a camera system, or knowing how to repair various things. 000
Beo-Wulf @beo-wulf.bsky.social · 29/09/2026I wasn't the only one who spent a wild weekend with friends. You both look very happy. 🥰 120
Beo-Wulf @beo-wulf.bsky.social · 23/09/2026And I’m less afraid of getting laid off. I know I always have a Plan B and can go back to doing electrical installations. It requires stepping out of my comfort zone and hunting for clients, but I could actually work less, do what I enjoy, and take time off whenever I wanted 😁 010
Beo-Wulf @beo-wulf.bsky.social · 23/09/2026Running your own business is like being dropped into the forest: if you don’t hunt something down yourself, you’ll go hungry and die—but if you’re a skilled hunter, you’ll wallow in abundance. Your freedom is limited only by your creativity qnd hard work, but the responsibility is equally high. 011
Beo-Wulf @beo-wulf.bsky.social · 23/09/2026I’ll use a metaphor, because otherwise it’s hard to explain. When you work for someone, You’re like an animal in a cage. You have set times for work, play, sleep, and feedinnh. Everyone is happy as long as you’re generating a profit and aren’t sick, because the owner can simply toss you out. 010
Beo-Wulf @beo-wulf.bsky.social · 23/09/2026I can barely see a thing, but I look soo cool. Maybe someone else could wear it for me? 😏 010
Beo-Wulf @beo-wulf.bsky.social · 23/09/2026My first reaction to a fursuit: it looks cool—I’d love to wear one someday. Then comes the first time I put on a full fursuit and head out to a convention—having finished it the night before it started. I feel like I’m in a spacesuit; I’m suffocating, it’s uncomfortable, and it’s terribly hot 🥵 110
Beo-Wulf @beo-wulf.bsky.social · 23/09/2026The pace of my professional growth and training within companies was like driving in a traffic jam—there was some movement, sure. But running my own business—especially an innovative one—was like switching to a jet, where my body was pushed to the absolute limit of the G-forces it could handle. 😁 110
Beo-Wulf @beo-wulf.bsky.social · 23/09/2026Running my own business once gave me the most work, but also the most happiness, as well as a sense of strength and control over my own life. That option is still tempting. It was the riskiest move I ever made, yet it still tempts me. 😏 010
Beo-Wulf @beo-wulf.bsky.social · 23/09/2026The advantage of working for a corporation is that they tend to stick to regulations and pay better. The downside is that they squeeze you dry and toss you aside once you’re no longer useful. 😒 010
Beo-Wulf @beo-wulf.bsky.social · 20/09/2026The magic that sometimes happens cannot be put into words or rationalized. It simply exists. 120
Beo-Wulf @beo-wulf.bsky.social · 19/09/2026From what I’ve noticed here, the DJs tend to be "bear-type" chubby guys. Taking care of one’s physique and working out regularly requires a job that isn't too time-consuming—plus a love for showing off and being the center of attention. 011
Beo-Wulf @beo-wulf.bsky.social · 19/09/2026So come on over. And we don't have to be completely wasted. 😆 010
Beo-Wulf @beo-wulf.bsky.social · 19/09/2026The tragedy of American democracy lies not in the Republicans or Democrats themselves, but in the system into which these parties have locked you. No matter whom you choose, there is no other option, and all media outlets and corporations are divided between them. There is no left-wing party there.😕 010
Beo-Wulf @beo-wulf.bsky.social · 18/09/2026Even though I sleep well, I also don't like my low-paying boring job 😒 110
Beo-Wulf @beo-wulf.bsky.social · 18/09/2026And handsome as always. You’d be a star at the convention. 😘 110
Beo-Wulf @beo-wulf.bsky.social · 11/09/2026Don't overthink it. Play with the Possum. I stop ovethinking when I'm having good sex 😆 010
Beo-Wulf @beo-wulf.bsky.social · 10/09/2026The people closest to me keep my spirits up and provide immense support. The changes happening around me are moving in the wrong direction and often overwhelm me, but I get the impression that things are far worse in the States. US now is some strange social experiment led by a deranged autocrat. 😮💨 010
Beo-Wulf @beo-wulf.bsky.social · 09/09/2026I'm glad you managed to meet up. Looks like it's happening again. 😅 010
Beo-Wulf @beo-wulf.bsky.social · 09/09/2026Scars actually add to a guy's looks because they tell his story. They don't bother me. Get well soon! 111
Beo-Wulf @beo-wulf.bsky.social · 08/09/2026I know, but take a look at your photo gallery on Bluesky. Photos where you’re smiling are very rare. 001
Beo-Wulf @beo-wulf.bsky.social · 06/09/2026Usually, I’m the one needed to cuddle up to others and help them fall asleep; the type of bed and other conditions don't really matter. You might need an Possum to cuddle with, though, so we’ll have to repeat the experiment. 😅 020
Beo-Wulf @beo-wulf.bsky.social · 04/09/2026I hope you have a fantastic time together again. I just forgot to send more sweets 😅 110
Beo-Wulf @beo-wulf.bsky.social · 04/09/2026We’ve also started fighting alongside the labor unions to improve the terrible working conditions following the relocation of the department where Wofik works. I imagine the risk of getting fired for protesting is higher in the States. Fingers crossed that everything goes well. 010
Beo-Wulf @beo-wulf.bsky.social · 03/09/2026I can't focus at all on what you're saying because of that magnificent steed. 😆 010
Beo-Wulf @beo-wulf.bsky.social · 03/09/2026Heavy vehicles damage roads faster than light passenger cars. In Europe, trucks and buses must pay an extra fee for every mile traveled on highways; they transport goods and people, but they also cause more damage to the roads, which the state has to repair. American regulations serve lobbyists 🫤. 020
Beo-Wulf @beo-wulf.bsky.social · 03/09/2026European regulations mandate the addition of 10% biocomponents—mainly ethanol in E10 fuel. E98 gasoline is also available. Contains a maximum of 5% biocomponents but costs over $7 per gallon. Yet the US has unlimited access to its own cheap oil and much lower taxes, and prices are similar. Strange 🙄 110
Beo-Wulf @beo-wulf.bsky.social · 03/09/2026I watched an interesting video on YouTube about how lobbying by the American auto industry convinced the government and the public to switch to modified mini-trucks—which is how city-driving SUVs and pickups came about. It all started with emissions and fuel economy regulations for passenger cars. 🫤 110
Beo-Wulf @beo-wulf.bsky.social · 03/09/2026In August, gasoline cost less than $6 a gallon because the government temporarily lowered taxes to avoid spoiling people's vacation plans and to curb inflation caused by rising fuel prices resulting from the war with Iran. 110
Beo-Wulf @beo-wulf.bsky.social · 03/09/2026I had to convert the figures from gallons to liters, but I don't understand a situation where fuel in Poland costs $6.60 per gallon, yet over half of that price consists of taxes—23% VAT and about 30% in other taxes. We don't have our own oil reserves and currently buy mainly from the US 🙄. 110
Beo-Wulf @beo-wulf.bsky.social · 03/09/2026European regulations are also much stricter. Vehicles with a gross weight (including passengers and cargo) over 7,700 lbs are classified as trucks. Vehicles carrying more than nine people are classified as buses. Driving them on public roads incurs taxes and requires a professional driver's license. 120
Beo-Wulf @beo-wulf.bsky.social · 03/09/2026I don't quite understand why Americans buy these massive SUVs and pickup trucks when they aren't manual laborers or farmers. They are fuel inefficient, expensive to maintain, and difficult to park. 110
Beo-Wulf @beo-wulf.bsky.social · 02/09/2026I’ve already turned 50. I’m still alive and kicking, somehow. 😜 110

Beo-Wulf @beo-wulf.bsky.social · 25/08/2026In the States, there are probably only a few days off a year that are fully paid. Here, we get 26 days of vacation annually, plus 14 public holidays—all fully paid. You can spend over a month a year away from work, just resting. Wages might be lower, but there’s always a trade-off. 110
