Confirmed this when editing my own stream info. Was going to add it just to spite them. But it straight up blocks it. Fuck you, Twitch. You're making it quite clear where your priorities lie. Jesus Christ.

Why is the newest nVidia driver for my 3070 Ti, downloaded direct from their site, triggering Windows driver signing validation failure??? What the fuck? :V

It's the left-handedness graph all over again. At a glance it seems to imply that left-handedness spiked, but really, all it did was measure stigma, not the objective ratio of left-handedness. Same concept for queer folk. We've always been here, and always will be, regardless of perception.

A line graph titled "The history of left-handedness. The graph starts around 1880, with the line indicating around 1885 there were 5% of people that were left handed. It trends downward to about the 1910s, at a low of 3%, but then steadily rises again until leveling out around 1900 at 12%, where it remains stable through 2000. This indicates that it's more likely that 12% of people were left-handed all along, and that the graph only shows less earlier on because of the societal stigma against being left handed at the time.

I don’t have a good answer, honestly. I just try to remind myself that thoughts aren’t reality and then look at this tapestry I hung in my office (by @artbycreeps.com). And then I try to move past it as best as I can.

Lol, going through a new IIS web application install I set up at work and found this in the site files as a previous logo (on an out-of-box install, mind). Apparently the devs of this app have a sense of humor.

I'm sure imposters are consistently better across the board. But I REALLY would have liked the option for any of my avatars to fall back to the LowPoly Canine if needed, rather than a chunky avatar-shaped blob. So instead of the av in the first image here, people get the mess in the second. :c

I snagged and textured my new RustWhisker avatar by ArchieFox (link in 2nd-to-last post) last week; after trying it out and making a bunch of fixes and adjustments over the weekend, I think I'm ready to show it off a little! Still need to get more proper pictures, but this will do for now! 💙

I bought some "air plants" today and assembled them in a little glass container with sea glass as a guilty pleasure.

Chichen Itza, the Secret Cenote, and Valladolid were absolutely lovely. We’ve had a very busy but amazing day. On our way back to the resort now, with all the pictures we took and a couple other goodies. Here’s a picture of El Castillo, or the Temple of Kukulkan! It was an amazing experience.

El Castillo, the Temple of Kukulkan, in Chichen Itza, Yucatan, Mexico. It is a large step ziggurat situated in a field of grass, roped off from public access. The sun bears down above the temple, darkening the viewer-side of the ziggurat.
