Demo day at a local game store across town from our regular one. 11 player turn out, mostly floks who han not player in years and wanted to.get back in. I ran a 7 players game in just under 2 hours, 4 Locuts vs 3 heavies. #battletech

First full game of the new rules at my local store. This was a GM vs Player battle, and it was the first time the players used the new rules on tabletop. The opfor left the map on turn 5 after losing half of thier force the pervious turn. #battletech

I spent the weekend digesting the new rules. I am going to try out all the new rules, starting with the Nyx 90 and its 2 lances. In a charge, if both lances hit (only one does damage) and it doesn't damage internal, it has a change of causing a crit on a 5+. #battletech #core2026

Hot Spot Draconis Reach has a literal cattle rustling track that includes Cattlemasters I have had this Cattlemaster for almost 20 years and was finally insipred to paint it up. I used my new 'good enough' approach to painting using speed paints #battletech #alphastrike

I was thumbing through Hot Spots Draconis Reach and Melcher caught my eye. Its cattle rustling, and it even has Cattlematers! I just happen to have a Cattlemaster in metal. Its drying from Its base coat as I write this! I love when I obscure mechs get spotlighted. #battletech #alphastrike

The Mekbay app is now semi automated. You still have to manually input most data, but it does keep track of ammo & heat for you. Its not as automated as flechs, but it does work with infantry and vehicles, which flechs does not. It also works with Alpha Strike. #battletech #alphastrike

An orginal character thatvia currently called Black Metal Warlock. The name will change, but he is definitely inspired by one of the guys in my early days of AD&D. He was a massive metal head.
