TW: intersexphobia, transphobia? So, there's one other change this has had, and it just affected me. Turns out, because of this, they have to use the male ranges for hematocrit (blood iron). Which are higher than the female ranges.

So, I donate plasma, right. And they used to ask about gender before you could donate. Anyway, regulation changed, so the question is now "What was your sex assigned at birth?" I'm intersex, and the options were "Male," "Female," Or "Prefer not to say." Honesty is required in this question.

Y'all, this is 100% false, right? If the image isn't clear, 1 pound (0.45 Kg) of fried chicken listed at 500 calories. That's like half as many as just the chicken, right? Just saw it at my grocery store, and like, huge if true, but definitely false. It's bone in, but I don't think that fixes it.

So apparently I bought coarse salt.. Didn't think anything of it at the time. But I tend to dissolve salt into mustard as a dip (usually for pickles)... This doesn't work well with coarse salt... Oops.

TW: Numbers. I checked my body fat percentage again today. And for women, a healthy body fat percentage ranges from 14-25 (10-32 are technically safe, but not healthy). Anyway, I decided to calculate what my weight would be if I had a healthy body fat percentage, for my current body fat total.

I hate to call people out, but if you're in a parking lot, and your car is gonna be face to face with another car, you NEED to turn off your bright lights. Especially if you're car leaves the lights on for several seconds after leaving. My eyes hurt.

TW: Medical Just read my hospital discharge papers (second time, but first time without the rush of "just got sutures"), and realized why I got fast triaged. My Blood pressure was 87/55, heart rate of 47... Low on both counts. Not the lowest I've seen either, but during crisis + they don't know me?

Got injured on the last day of work... My luck. Got six stitches in my left (dominant) hand. So I'm not supposed to shower for 24 hours. After working in the dishpit. I literally had to meet my equally homeless neighbors to get the hospital wrist band cut off.

My workplace is closing down on Sunday. They've offered to transfer me to a different store in a town ~hour south of here. But it might take a month or two to do. I've got the money to handle the gap thankfully. Now I know I shouldn't cuz medications, but I'm so tempted to use the gap to lock in.

TW: BMI I hate the whole "I've never seen a fat skeleton" thing. Because there's two possibilities there. Option A: I'm some genetic freak. I've always been able to hide both hands under either rib cage side (poorly phrased, but like one side of the split, and behind them, up from the stomach).

My phone of ~9.5 years has officially ended it's functioning. Just got the new one in today. It needs me to use the old phone to confirm that my Google account is mine. I know I've alluded to this here, but my voice is messed up. To the extent that I learned Sign language before English. Anyway, I set a new record for loudest screaming I can do... At 49 dB... Top of my lungs screaming. Needless to say, I'm still inaudible when there is any noise. I hate my voice.

TW: Gross. Why do certain vegetables sour my stomach? It only happens when I eat them on an empty stomach, and I take advantage of it during low-res phases, but I never really gave it much though... Leafy greens, carrots, and cucumbers usually do it. Peppers, onions, and beans never do it. Pattern?
