Just getting over a week's-long respiratory infection while I was on tour and today I feel like total shit. But this time it's a good thing cuz I just got my covid booster and flu shot yesterday, so I know my body is getting to work learning how to fight that shit. More travel in a couple weeks.

When I was 12 years old in 1995 my mom would buy Arby's for me when they had the "5 For 5" deal you could get 5 regular roast beef sandwiches for 5 bucks. She'd pop those babies in the fridge and I got cold RB's to brown bag for lunch for a week straight. I loved 5 For 5 week.
