70. Forgotten Island Great watch with an emotional gut punch in the final third. Two leads give off the vibes of a PG-rated Harold and Kumar, and I mean that in the most complimentary way. Bit too fast-paced for me, but other than that, beautiful animated showcase of the Philippines.

68. Mean Girls Simultaneously a complete product of 2004 and a timeless classic. 20+ years since its release, and this movie still echoes in the chambers of every online space, community, and fandom out there. I love it so much.

67. Metal Gear Solid Over-the-top political espionage, a narrative that zigs and zags all over, cutscenes long enough to almost make my system hibernate, all held by impressive stealth mechanics for its time with some clunky combat. Absolute classic, one of my personal favorites.

66. Resident Evil (2026) Possibly one of the best video game adaptations. Easy for casual newcomers to enjoy on its own while also having plenty of easter eggs for the fans. Some of them are more groan-worthy than others, but hey, RE's all about the cheese.

65. Transformers: Dark of the Moon Only a marginal improvement from ROTF by virtue of no annoying roommate character, but that's not saying much. Really, the only reasons to watch this are either the moments turned into memes, or the final third where it's basically Chicago's 9/11 lmao

64. Blood: Refreshed Supply Despite my sour grapes over the pricing and abandonment of Fresh Supply, it's still a damn fine job of a remaster. Still kicks ass while also kicking the player's ass at every corner. The addition of Marrow and Deathwish in the package is also damn cool.

63. Call of Juarez: Gunslinger One big ass romp through the Western genre's greatest hits, all packaged neatly into a nifty little linear shooter. It ain't here for a long time, but it is here for a damn good time. Age does show, though. Would benefit from a higher rez and 60 FPS patch.

61. Resident Evil 4 remake Not the biggest fan of Leon's grounded movement, but that's just pettiness from having played the original too much. Almost everything else is here and feels so nice to play. The modern lighting helps make the whole thing damn terrifying at times. Great shit.

60. Alvin & the Chipmunks: The Road Chip Really feels like a "Here you go, damn!" kind of way to end these movies, even down to how cheap Alvin and pals look. Only thing that stuck out to me was seeing Crabman from My Name is Earl here next to Jason Lee.
