Whew, going thru it but be grateful for work and earning money, right? Guest dog stayed 2 weeks, left a week ago but owner has not paid. Walking new dog 2x a day-adorable 85lb puppy-who has tantrums and bites me. Have welts and bruises all over my feet and arms-today he drew blood. I'm so exhausted.

Talked to producer from wkend at airport... Most likely saw last Xroads w/Eric. 🥹 His best performances were on Sun. On Sat. 💯 deferred to Buddy Guy-as he should. Torches got joyfully passed on-eyes on Marcis King! So glad, so glad, so glad, we saw all the Laylas & in my mind, mind, mind forever!

Even nice airports suck b/c people suck. Want to smack down a tiny man in a big cowboy hat having a loud phone conversation in an otherwise quiet space at the gate. A says to calm down, don't get arrested. So I made a big deal of switching seats, and speaking loudly about exactly why I'm moving. 🤬

Caveat: I do not have a daily commute, and A's to work is <10 miles RT, but... Bought gas on 7/28 and as of today, 9/24, I have half a tank left. A also got gas on 7/28, has a smaller tank, filled up on 9/15 and has > 3/4 tank left. RAV4 and Prius hybrids for the win!

Got back on my bullsh*t making brunch today, sadly no papaya. Bacon was good but French toast was just ok-soaking it longer might have helped? (twss) The challah was commercial bakery trash. There's a reason the loaves did not sell out before I got to the JCC on Friday to swim. Toast & tea mañana?

Reading thru ppl's memories of 9/11 made me realize glad didn't have a tv at that time. Heard news of 2nd plane hit on npr while getting ready for work. TVs were on there, but then the courthouse where I worked quickly shut down & I went home. So I never really saw it all aside from pics in papers.

Today, only b/c I opened an email I'd normally just delete, realized I was double charged for something. Went to confirm it w/my banking app and saw we were double charged at 2 other places this week. FFS, the vigilance and follow thru effort required to just exist and not get f*cked is exhausting!
