Scott @2dblur.bsky.social · 26/06/2026It will get a bit spoiler-y for those that haven't played the original and those that haven't played through the new game so fair warning! On to the deeper thoughts! 100
Scott @2dblur.bsky.social · 26/06/2026Got the new Star Fox and played through it last night doing the 'hard' route getting the true ending. I have lots of thoughts but just some things off the top my head, it's really good! The music and graphics are fantastic. I love that the gameplay is exactly the same save for the true final boss. 000
Scott @2dblur.bsky.social · 17/06/2026In hindsight, HMs really aren't all that bad. My Venusaur has Cut, my Pikachu has Flash, my Wigglytuff has Strength, my Slowbro and Farfetch'd have Surf and Fly, respectively (which no one complains about those 2 anyway) and, though not an HM, my Sandslash has dig. Dig was actually so cool to have! 100
Scott @2dblur.bsky.social · 17/06/2026I have beat the Elite 4 in Pokemon Green on an original Gameboy! Have always wanted to play Pokemon Green ever since I was 5 and learned about it then. I've had the game for a while but never made time to play it until now. used an original Gameboy as I only had a Gameboy Color during red and blue. 100
Scott @2dblur.bsky.social · 11/06/2026I was very fortunate and got the Gameboy inspired Pikachu plushie and really love it! I just recently started playing Pokemon Green before the plush was released here so the timing was perfect! 060
Scott @2dblur.bsky.social · 04/02/2025When I was 5, Mario Golf (64) came out and when I played it for the first time and saw Baby Mario, I thought he was the son of Peach and Mario since I didn't know Yoshi's Island existed. So I had this head canon that Peach and Mario were just raising a baby after Mario 64. 020
Scott @2dblur.bsky.social · 30/01/2025I want to play Rocket Robot on Wheels again but the problem is I haven't played it since I was 8 so I'm afraid it won't be as good as I remember it. Scott @2dblur.bsky.social · 20/12/2024Very interesting that many, including Miyamoto, think Sunshine is a hard game. I remember reading and thinking the opposite as a kid. Fludd basically made the game a cake walk. He does go on about the stages where fludd is taken away and that's when it becomes a bit difficult.... (1/2) 110

Scott @2dblur.bsky.social · 04/12/2024Definitely missed my chance to by a 64DD a few years back for a decent price. All I can do is hppe they'll drop in price to what they were or we get 64DD games on NSO online (lol, one can dream). Funny thing is I own a few of those mario artist 64dd games. Guess that's good enough 110

Scott @2dblur.bsky.social · 31/10/2024Last thing I wanna say about Nintendo Music, hopefully they continue to release the OSTs physically. I've bought quite a lot on CD and love the quality and freedom to rip the files to play without needing an app. The TotK OST Release was super cool and good. But this NM is a great solution for all. 010
Scott @2dblur.bsky.social · 31/10/2024Real talk though, seems like only some tracks have the "Extend to..." feature which is a shame. Maybe as time goes they'll extend it to every track on the service but if not that's cool. 000
