Funny thing is, every time without fail that I've sworn off men & romance, I've been inundated & had to practically fight them off. Men are like buses. You can wait ages for the one you want to turn up, then all of a sudden several turn up at the same time, & you have to decide which one to go with.

I've been told that too - but know how wrong it is now. My cats (very rarely) get a little Orijen kibble - but only so that I know they'll eat it in a temporary emergency. I won't argue about overfeeding, the nutritionist's probably right - but are they 'general' or do they specialize in felines?

1)Thank you. Of all the cats I've ever had, she was my little soulmate. I still miss her 19 years on When I eventually discovered that I'd actually contributed to her death by listening to the advice of a vet that really didn't know anything about feline nutrition, it broke my heart all over again.

1) They're gorgeous! Not trying to be overly alarmist, but I'd strongly recommend doing a deep dive into feline nutrition. Jackson Galaxy (YouTube) would be a good starting point. When one of my cats developed diabetes, the vet recommended a different dried food. If only I knew then what I know now

Just the smell of liver cooking is enough to make me vomit. Refused to cook it for an ex. Told him why. He thought I was exaggerating, so tried sneakily cooking some while I was out. I got back while it was still cooking. 1 hour, 1 empty stomach & 1 full toilet bowl later, he finally believed me.

So she had a pulse. That’s what the doctor on the scene wanted to check. She wasn’t breathing, but she had a pulse. He could have started CPR right away. Instead ICE barred the doctor from attending her and waited 15 mins for EMT to get to her.
